2401 S. ERVAY-- DALLAS2401 S. Ervay
Once a turn of the century packing house, 2401 S. Ervay was originally redone in the 1980’s to be adequate for luxury loft living. Both developers were local to the area, one being Don Henley, recognized not only for his design ideas, but his work in the band, The Eagles. In fact, Mr. Henley used to occupy a few units of this building and wrote many of the songs for one of his albums across from unit 3E. It was recently updated and turned into a terrific building.
2401 S. Ervay has been home to many famous and non-famous people. Many of the units have been used for creative purposes by artists and photographers. The newest features include a wrought iron fence used for security purposes and new storage facilities. Sizes range from one to two bedrooms and 1,200-2,300 square feet.
