The Kirby Building was built in 1913, originally as office buildings, and has now been renovated into lofts. The Kirby Building is one of the downtown Dallas areas best structures, holding a piece of landmark quality.

The Kirby Building is a 17 story building in Late Gothic style. The 17 story building is now home to 156 lofts and was completed renovation wise in 1999. Today The Kirby Building is one of the most desired loft projects in Dallas.
