Springtown texas real estate

Springtown.
Springtown originally went by the name Littleton Springs. They are located in northeast Parker County Texas. The county was named after Isaac Parker. He was a relative of Cynthia Ann Parker, who according to history, was captured by the Indians in childhood and became the mother of a famous Comanche Chief. Among the first settlers in newly formed Parker County were former residents and natives of Patterson, New Jersey.

Springtown is located 25 miles NW of Ft. Worth. Residents are free to enjoy the comfort and ambiance of a small rural community while having all the amenities of the metroplex right at their fingertips. Within a small distance of 20 miles, there are four lakes for sport, relaxation, and recreation. Sporting and cultural events are also very available and all within an hour's drive or less.

Springtown has experienced a period of slow but steady growth since there beginning days. The community has continued to express the spirit of the pioneers. They remain strong in there history as they push forward to continue to make the area a place they can all be proud to live in.
